We ask you to keep your animal on a short lead or in a closed travel carrier while in the waiting area.
To prevent the spread of diseases and unnecessary stress, please keep your pets away from other animals.
If your animal has urinated, defecated or vomited in the waiting area, this isn’t a problem but please do let one of our staff members know.
Does your animal have a history of biting? Please put a muzzle on before entering the practice.
Respect and politeness
Please be respectful of the other owners and staff.
Physical or verbal violence will not be tolerated.
If you would like to give us feedback or if you have a complaint, please let us know. We will be happy to discuss the situation.
Appointments and cancellations
All of our services require an appointment.
If you are unable to come to your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance, or 48 hours if the appointment was made for a procedure under general anesthetic.
We reserve the right to charge 75% of the expected price for no-shows or late cancellations.
Medication and returns
Our policy for prescribing medication is in accordance with Dutch law. This means we can only prescribe medication to animals we have seen and examined.
Some types of medicine can only be administered by a veterinarian, for example vaccinations.
You can only return medication for disposal (legally obligated). We cannot reimburse you for returned medication.
